From six, the open fire runs the room — smoke, salt, and a wine list that wanders. At midnight the tables clear, the lights drop, and the floor belongs to the night. Same address, a different animal.
Live-fire kitchen, raw bar, and low candlelight. Walk-ins at the bar; book the room.
Resident DJs, a wall of sound, and table service. Thursday through Saturday.
Midnight resets the room. The kitchen pass becomes the booth, the candles cut out, and a low-end you feel in your chest takes over. No velvet rope theatre — just a great floor, a serious system, and the right records til the sun threatens.
