Eleanor trained as an architect and spent eight years designing museums and galleries before starting the studio. She leads the first sketches on every project and stays on it until the last drawing is signed.

Marco Calloway AIA

Principal

Marco came to architecture through structural engineering. He is the one who insists a wall gets built exactly the way it was drawn, and he spends more time on site than at a desk.

Dipa Reed AIA

Principal

Dipa studied landscape architecture before architecture and reads a site for months before she draws a building on it. She leads every project's relationship to its ground, light, and neighbors.
