The building combines two forms: a long concrete wedge angled toward the ground, and a faceted sphere set into its face.

A reflecting pool runs the width of the site and reflects both forms.

Circular openings of varying sizes are set into the sphere's surface. They do not align with the floor levels behind them.

The wedge and the sphere meet without a visible seam.
